• Lead the technological transformation in the IT infrastructure within a dynamic organization in the aviation sector.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate state-of-the-art technologies, offering strategic advice to key stakeholders.
• As a proactive member of the technology leadership team, shape the future IT framework, ensuring alignment with industry advancements.
• Conceptualize and oversee the deployment of critical infrastructure components designed for cross-functional application.
• Engage in mentoring and development activities, enhancing the operational proficiency of both in-house and external teams concerning infrastructure management.
• Stay at the forefront of technological trends, championing innovation and efficiency within the organizational IT infrastructure.

Anforderungen

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts and architectural designs.
• Demonstrated capability in fostering trust and elucidating the rationale behind strategic decisions.
• Experience in creating detailed architecture documentation and models.
• Extensive knowledge in various platform stacks including virtualization, networking, and storage solutions like VMware/vSphere, Hyper-V, etc.
• Proficiency in container technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing, cloud-native architectures, and API integration.
• Insight into modern IT frameworks, especially Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Familiarity with contemporary security standards and regulatory compliance.
• Programming language proficiency is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English, with proficiency in additional languages like French or German being beneficial.
